Returns and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us first before making any returns. Please check your items when you receive your order. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us within 7 days. 
If you received an item that is damaged during shipping or is defective, we will gladly give you a refund, or you can make a claim if insurance was paid on postage, or we will resend a duplicate item if it is available. If a duplicate item is not available, you may select another item of equal value or lesser value. 
If your item arrives and you are not happy with it, we will issue a refund AFTER the item has been shipped back to us in it's ORIGINAL condition with tags attached. Please be aware that it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping fees and postage. Buyers have 15 days to return the purchased item(s).
